I live in Nizhny Tagil. It is a city in the Sverdlovsk region on the Tagil river with a population of about 350 thousand people.
Nizhny Tagil is an industrial city. Machine-building plants, metallurgical plant and other enterprises are located here. Unfortunately, they have a very negative impact on the environmental situation.
There are many attractions in our city. There is an observation deck on the Fox Mountain that offers a great view of the city. Former observation tower has become a small Museum.
Tourists should definitely visit the Museum-plant of the history of metallurgical equipment in the open air. This is not just a set of exhibits, but structures left over from the old Demidovsky metallurgical plant.
There are other interesting museums, as well as several theaters. I think the drama theater building is one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.
Central Park named after A. P. Bondin is a great place for family holidays. The territory is decorated with fountains and flower beds. There are rides for children.
On the streets of the city, one can see the artworks of the famous sculptor Alexander Ivanov.
I love my native city. But I would not call it an ideal place to live due to environmental problems.
Я живу в Нижнем Тагиле. Это город в Свердловской области на реке Тагил с населением около 350 тысяч человек.
Нижний Тагил - промышленный город. Здесь расположены машиностроительные заводы, металлургический комбинат и другие предприятия. К сожалению, это крайне негативно сказывается на экологической ситуации.
В нашем городе много достопримечательностей. На Лисьей Горе есть смотровая площадка, с которой открывается отличный вид на город. Там же находится небольшой музей в здании бывшей смотровой башни.
Туристам стоит обязательно посетить Музей-завод истории горнозаводской техники под открытым небом. Это не просто набор экспонатов, а сооружения, оставшиеся от старинного Демидовского металлургического завода.
Есть и другие интересные музеи, а также несколько театров. Я думаю, что здание драматического театра - это одно из самых красивых зданий в городе.
Центральный парк имени А.П. Бондина - отличное место для семейного отдыха. Территорию украшают фонтаны и цветочные клумбы. Есть аттракционы для детей.
На улицах города можно увидеть работы известного скульптора Александра Иванова.
Я люблю свой родной город. Но я бы не назвал его идеальным местом для жизни ввиду экологических проблем.
