I live in Nakhodka. It is a port city in the Primorsky region with a population of about 147 thousand people.
Our city is located in a very beautiful area. There are many natural sights here. Among them is the 318-meter-high Sister hill, which offers a picturesque view.
There are also cultural attractions in Nakhodka. There is a wonderfull Puppet Theater and an amateur theater Ramp. Tourists should visit the Nakhodka Museum and Exhibition Center. One can learn a lot about the history of our region there.
Our city is quite green. There are parks and squares here. There are children's rides and a Ferris wheel In the City Park of Culture and Recreation.
In addition to seaports, an important sector of the city's economy is fishing and fish processing.
Unfortunately, the environmental situation in the city is not very good. Coal dust air pollution is a serious problem. Wastewater pollutes the Nakhodka Bay. I am very concerned about this situation.
There are modern shopping malls in Nakhodka. I like Mega best. Its interiors are decorated with sculptures, and fish swim in the fountain. There are cinemas and other entertainment there.
I love my native city. And I am very upset that insufficient priority is given to solving its environmental problems.

Наш город расположен в очень красивой местности. Здесь много природных достопримечательностей. Среди них - 318-метровая сопка Сестра, с которой открывается живописный вид.
Есть в Находке и культурные достопримечательности. Здесь есть прекрасный Театр Кукол и любительский театр Рампа. Туристам стоит посетить Музейно-выставочный центр Находка. Там можно узнать много интересного об истории нашего края.
Наш город достаточно зеленый. Здесь есть парки и скверы. В Городском Парке Культуры и Отдыха есть детские аттракционы и колесо обозрения.
Помимо морских портов, важной отраслью экономики города является добыча и переработка рыбы.
К сожалению, экологическая ситуация в городе не очень благополучная. Серьезной проблемой является загрязнение воздуха угольной пылью. Залив Находка загрязняется сточными водами. Меня очень беспокоит эта ситуация.
В Находке есть современные торговые центры. Мне больше всего нравится Мега. Интерьеры Меги украшают скульптуры, а в фонтане плавают рыбы. Там есть кинозалы и другие развлечения.
Я люблю свой родной город. И меня очень расстраивает, что решению экологических проблем уделяют не достаточно внимания.
